First of all I was hoping that I would be able to speak to someone in your customer service department regarding the issue of my account being used to transfer money and I have many questions about this and how it all came about and when it started. I , too got this stated on my banking account with B.o.A. " LEADBANKSELFLEND" this site took out $25.00 from my main account without my permission stating I "authorize" this transaction which I DID NOT and now my banking is telling me this transaction cannot be disputed unless I contact this LEADBANKSELFLEND to find "who" they are & Why this ammount of $25.00 was taken out! I tried downloading this SimplyWise app as suggested but it turns out to being an "Receipt Keeper" service which offer a 7-day trial (free) or pay the $89.99/yr service upfront ! Which I don't need but doesn't tell me WHY I was charged $25.00 like it states online!
