I was charged 2 different charges from Amazon, and I do not have an account. This is 100% fraud. Amazon would not help me figure out what was bought, where it was sent to, or even who ordered it. I would NEVER use Amazon no matter what. Costumer service was not helpful at all.

Amazon Marketplace got into my new American Express Card and made charges that where sent across country. Then, Amazon locked the account and I am unable to make purchases and cannot find anyone to assist. This is 100% FRAUD. Please don't use them, it is a nightmare.

I just found 3 transactions on my CC made to Amazon Marketplace AU. I did not make these as I never use my CC for online transactions. I have informed my bank and also changed my pw on Amazon, but seems like its pretty easy for hackers to get our person info. I'm cancelling my account.
